⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a lovely experience at Bello by Sandro Nardone! We enjoyed the ice cream, desserts, and cocktails, and everything was absolutely delicious. The presentation was beautiful, and the atmosphere was elegant and relaxing. The cocktails were especially enjoyable, and the desserts were the perfect way to finish our visit. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend stopping by for dessert and drinks! 🍨🍸✨

We went to right after Sugo Costa Mesa. We met Chef Sandro. He was so kind. We came to Korea for a summer visit and heard about this place. We had his famous pizza Napoletana, appetizer, and dessert. The staff was professional and the food was delicious. You can certainly tell it’s authentic and quality ingredients. I wish we have Bello in South Korea. e: This is a huge strength. Multiple recent reviews specifically praise the servers, bartenders, hostesses and especially Jared.

It is a Michelin recommended restaurant, but, the food quality and taste do not great this distinction . The preparations were just average and the pasta with truffles ( the most expensive pasta in the menu) was salty and did not taste good. Very few vegetarian options .

Following the Michelin Guide, and left disappointed. Perhaps the recommendation raised our expectations too high — but either way, the experience didn't deliver. We came for lunch on a weekend and were seated directly next to a large family party of 15–20 people celebrating Mother's Day. Loud, lively, lots of children — not exactly conducive to a relaxed meal or conversation, and any sense of ambiance was gone from the start. We ordered two pizzas to get a feel for the menu. They were mediocre at best — the dough dry and hard, most likely overcooked, closer to a dried-out cracker than a proper crust. We had to specifically ask for olive oil; spicy olive oil wasn't available at all. After that, we had no appetite to explore the rest of the menu. The mains may well be better — but an Italian restaurant has to be able to make a decent pizza. This one couldn't, at least on the day we visited. We don't plan to return. In the greater Los Angeles area, there are far worthier options.
